“Where the mind is without fear and the head is held high, Where knowledge is free. Where the world has not been broken up into fragments by narrow domestic walls. Where words come out from the depth of truth, where tireless striving stretches its arms toward perfection. Where the clear stream of reason has not lost it's way into the dreary desert sand of dead habit. Where the mind is led forward by thee into ever widening thought and action. In to that heaven of freedom, my father, LET MY COUNTRY AWAKE!”

Whether it is a country moving forward with a never before change, A leadership team spearheading a new innovation, A teacher implementing a new instructional method, or a bureaucrat undertaking the restructuring of a district, the starting point for any change is always a clear vision.

Such was the vision of our beloved founder of Seelamsetty Foundation,Shri. Seelamsetty Ramarao garu who strongly believed “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world” rightly quoted by Nelson Mandela. A Rashtrapathi award winner, he’s not only a god father for many families but also an inspiring leader. Following his ideals, Gaian group runs the Seelamsetty foundation ushering a new era for the empowerment of socially and economically weaker sections of society in India by taking computer aided vocational training courses for the lower strata of society.

This multi-disciplinary foundation helps deserving students achieve their dreams by promoting the use of innovative educational technologies. Vocational Training is made available to students with minimum an S.S.C or equivalent certificate and lacking financial independence. So far about 6000 students have been trained in various courses making them employable.

The main objective and mission of it is to ensure students receive the social and technical knowledge required, as well as the confidence and support to take the learned skills forward. The Foundation’s curriculum incorporates values of social participation and democracy into the courses, with the focus on improving decision making and critical thinking skills of the students.
